8 - 8.45AM   Breath - Flow - Stretch

​

Mondays aren’t for everyone but this session just might be the magic tonic! Sweat out the weekend, stretch into the week & don’t forget to breathe!

TUESDAY'S

​

8-8:45AM   Fit Flow

​

A fun and dynamic Vinyasa inspired, fitness focused class. Expect a strong flow designed to awaken your core, improve strength, flexibility and fitness, whilst synchronising breath and movement. Sweat out your stress, silence your mind and feel proud of your body.

WEDNESDAY'S

​

6-7PM   Vinyasa Flow

​

A fluid physical practice in which a carefully crafted fiery and dynamic sequence of postures are linked mindfully with breath. 'Vinyasa' in Sanskrit can be translated as ‘placing with attention’ so there will be a focus on moving with awareness from posture to posture. 

​

THURSDAY'S

​

8-8:45AM   Fit Flow

​

A fun and dynamic Vinyasa inspired, fitness focused class. Expect a strong flow designed to awaken your core, improve strength, flexibility and fitness, whilst synchronising breath and movement. Sweat out your stress, silence your mind and feel proud of your body.

SATURDAY'S

 

9-10:15AM   Vinyasa & Pranayama

 

A fluid physical practice in which a carefully crafted fiery and dynamic sequence of postures are linked mindfully with breath. Top and tailed with yogic breathing exercises known as pranayama. The term pranayama comes from the sanskrit word Prana- which can be translated as life, movement and/or in this context, breath- a force in constant motion.
